How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use it to see the status of your package anytime on your website account and on the courier's tracking system.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal as our primary payment within the Shopify app. We are currently working our way to open more methods on this shop for convenience.
If you would like to opt for other payment methods such as GoTyme, GCash, Wise or any other, please reach our to us via email (hello@looplyph.com) or thru our social media accounts.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because the items are handmade, we're unable to accept returns for any items. We kindly encourage our customers to read through our policies and ensure all order details ae correct before placing an order.
We do, however, allow cancellations within the 24hour window after purchase. If you have decided to cancel within the allowed window, your payment will be refunded, but the transaction fee charged by your payment provider is not covered by our shop.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. We strongly encourage our international customers to read and acknowledge our Shipping Policy before making any purchase.
